His professional journey began through active involvement with PRTC Calicut, where he gained hands-on experience mentoring students and understanding the nuances of educational pathways. This foundation, combined with his experience in multinational corporations in Saudi Arabia, has equipped him with a global perspective and the ability to craft tailored strategies for students.

Althaf Jan A oversees operational excellence at DREAMDOCK OVERSEAS, combining strategic vision with executional precision. With an MBA in Operations Management, he gained early experience managing student-focused processes at PRTC Calicut where efficiency and accountability were core values.
He further sharpened his skills through roles in top tech firms in India, where he specialized in innovation, process design, and scalability. His diverse industry exposure in Canada added a global perspective and enhanced his ability to lead high-performance systems.
Althaf approaches every challenge with an analytical mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
